| Project Objectives | 200 vulnerable Tribal Girls in the ages 12 to 18 years from 10 villages in West Khasi Hill district, Meghalaya are supported with leadership, Decision Making and entrepreneurship to drive positive behaviour change. |

| Activities | 1. Village-level Project Orientation program for parents and adolescent girls 2. Formation of village-level Adolescent Girl Clubs (AGCs) in every target village 3. Functional Training on Adolescent Girl Clubs (AGCs) at district level 4. Life skill session for the members of AGCs at village level 5. Village-level Training/workshops on adolescent reproductive & sexual health, Consequences of early marriage, Importance of education 6. Leadership Training Camp for the members of the AGCs at Regional level 7. Observation of Important days (Women’s Day, Girl Childs Day, Child labour Day, World Health Day, Children’s Day) 8. Enterpreneurship Development Program 9. Training on various Income Generation |
